To make sure you’re ready and have everything you need, here’s an Australia Day barbecue checklist.
To Cook Up A Storm: Heat Beads® Regular or Easy – Lite BBQ Briquettes, some Heat Beads® Firelighters, a BBQ brush to clean off and prepare your grill or hot plate, a drip tray to help keep the BBQ clean, some paper towels or hand towels, a pair of tongs and maybe even some olive oil for your hotplate. And don’t forget a clean plate for the food once it’s been cooked.
What Else You’ll Need: To protect against the sun, sunscreen or zinc for your nose and an umbrella or floppy hat, a Heat Beads® Citronella candle (helps keep the mozzies away), and an ice bucket for your favourite drink whether soft, fruit juice, beer, wine or even champagne (after all it is a celebration!).
