The food lovers of Sydney flocked to the Good Food & Wine Show from July 3-5 at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Ben Farley and his team from the Bar-Be School, which specialises in barbecue classes in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, were in fine form, passing on tips and ideas to turn barbecuing into a culinary skill.

We are delighted to know that the Bar Be School is now offering special char grilling barbecue classes, teaching the art of cooking gourmet delights over Heat Beads^® BBQ Briquettes.
