Ingredients:
- 800g lean beef mince
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ½ red capsicum, finely diced
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 medium firm tomato, finely chopped
- Pepper and salt
- 1 large egg
Method:
Combine everything in bowl (including 1 large egg). Mix well, scoop out and shape into balls, flatten (not too thin).
Put on pre-greased preheated char-grill. Turn when necessary - about 7-9 min each side (or turn 4 times 4 min each).
Kids will love 'em... eat with salad or on burger buns.
