Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 grated knob ginger
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Stir well and marinate green prawns in sauce for 15-20 mins (make sure it is kept in fridge while marinating).
Cook on heated hot plate turning only once until chilli prawns are red in colour and firm.
Serve with salad and enjoy.
