From 'In The Kitchen' by Allan Campion and Michele Curtis
This ultimate barbecue marinade is perfect for pork, beef or chicken.
Ingredients:
60 ml (1/4 cup) tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp chilli powder
Dash of Tabasco
Method:
Whisk all the ingredients together and brush onto the meat as its barbecuing.
