Ingredients:
- 3 eggs beaten
- ¾ cup of milk
- ¾ cup pastry mix
- 2 cups mixed raw vegetables, cut into pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Method:
Combine all of the above ingredients, mixing them well. Pour the mixture into a 20cm pie dish.
Cook the quiche on the barbecue, with the lid on, for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg mixture has set.
