Derek Bullock is a veteran of Australian Camp Oven Cooking (aka Dutch oven cooking). Driven by his passion for camping in the Australian bush, Derek has created the website AussieCampOvenCook.com which contains reams of information on camp ovens, Australian national parks, camping spots, Australian wildlife, as well as plenty of camp oven recipes!
