There is no one who knows camp oven cooking (aka dutch oven cooking) like Derek Bullock, the Aussie Camp Oven King. The flexibility of this cooking method is fabulous – no end to the variety of dishes from bread, through to roasts and succulent stews. Devotees of this fabulous cooking style were recently treated to a series of camp oven cooking demonstrations at the Outback Arena, held over three days as part of the National 4X4 & Outdoors Expo, in Brisbane.
