Ingredients:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- ½ cup strong black coffee
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 500g chicken
Method:
Combine the brown sugar and cornflour in a saucepan and mix in the coffee, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook, stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.
Coat the meat with the mixture and char-grill, basting as you cook.
Note: You can substitute with the same quantity of meat of your choice.
