January 2007 - The Heat Beads® Hot Shoe Shufflers - feet raising funds!!
On March 23 & 24, the Heat Beads® team will be out in force supporting fellow team mates Lee, Merilyn, Vanessa and Rob participate in the gruelling 100km Oxfam Trailwalker.

The Oxfam Trailwalker is one of the toughest team events in the world. The challenge is to get your team of four across 100km of Australian bush in less than 48 hours - and no, it is not a relay! Each team member has to walk together for the full 100kms! The Heat Beads® Hot Shoe Shufflers are going for a 29 hour finish with a goal to raise more than $8000 for Oxfam’s great work in helping some of the world’s poorest people.

Triple R BBQ Day -
December 2006
More than 1400 char-grilled meals were served at Ceres in Brunswick, on Sunday December 3rd, 2006, to a capacity crowd of Triple R BBQ enthusiasts. Co-ordinated and cooked by the Heat Beads® team, all profits were donated to Triple R, to assist with its fund raising efforts.

Heathdale BBQ Festival -
November 2006
Gabriel Gate, celebrity chef and judge at the Heathdale BBQ Festival, Sunday October 29th 2006 takes a few lessons in the fine art of char-grilling with Heat Beads® BBQ briquettes, from BBQ guru, Julian Wu!
