All you have to do is send us your favourite char grill BBQ Recipe* along with a photo of your char grilled creation cooked on Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes, whether its on a camp oven, BBQ, Spit, Cobb cooker or even a tyre rim!! 1kg mussels
1 can of peeled tomatoes
1 diced onion
1 pkt chicket chaccitorie
chilli to taste
soy sauce
honey
1 cup of wine
marinade mussels in above mixture for at least a couple of hours prior to placing on BBQ and cooking on the flat plate.
Yummy nice change from cooking the steak
