Maddy dazzled us with her recipe for Chilli Ginger and Lime Salmon - doesn’t it look delicious. Test it out yourselves at home.

Chilli Ginger and Lime Salmon
Ingredients
Salmon Steaks
Stones Green Ginger Wine
Red and Green Chillies, diced
1 Fresh Lime
3 Lime leaves, shredded
Method
Marinate salmon steaks in Stones green ginger wine, diced red and green chilli, the juice of a fresh lime and 3 shredded lime leaves.
Light up the coals and when they glow, its time to go! Cook salmon ’till beautifully griddle marks appear on the outside, but still succulent on the inside.
