The winning Char Grill BBQ Recipe, will be announced at the Global Char-Grill Showcase at the Melbourne Food and Wine Connex Sizzle! on Saturday 14th March at 5PM!

The winner of the Char Grill BBQ Recipe Competition will cook their recipe on stage, joining five of Melbourne’s leading chefs, who will be demonstrating char grill dishes from around the globe.

The response to this competition has been phenomenal; our judges are totally inspired with the variety of foods and the creative ways there are for cooking succulent recipes over Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes! The judging panel is deliberating over all your fantastic char grill recipes to determine who will be awarded the fantastic prizes listed below:

1st Prize
Six sensational cooking classes at Australia’s famous Bar-Be School, valued at over $1000, plus a Heat Beads® Entertainer BBQ valued at $450 and a Heat Beads® BBQ Accessory Pack valued at over $100.

2nd & 3rd Prize
Heat Beads® Entertainer BBQ valued at $450 and a Heat Beads® BBQ Accessory Pack valued at over $100, each.
