The 2009 Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is fast approaching. This year the Heat Beads® brand is a sponsor of the Global Char Grill Showcase, part of the massive Connex Sizzle! In preparation for the event Mauro Callegari, Head Chef at the stunning Yarra Valley winery, Mandala Wines, recently performed a trial run of his recipe on the fabulous new Heat Beads® Entertainer BBQ. Cooking traditional hand made Argentinean sausage; the result was spectacular. “I am very happy with this BBQ,” said Mauro. “Five minutes and the sausage is cooked to perfection.” Darren his colleague said ” … the “Heat Beads® company is on a winner with this BBQ!”
