Ingredients:
- 4 pork cutlets
- 1/4 cup Char Siu sauce
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- Dash of olive oil
Method:
Mix Char Siu and Hoisin sauces. Rub mixture over both sides of cutlets. Cover with cling wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for two hours. Heat barbecue grill or char-grill over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Lightly brush grill with oil. Cook cutlets for 5 minutes each side or until just cooked through. Place on plate. Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with salad.
