Tara Squires
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 2 tsp 5 spice powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Mix together. Marinate for 3 hours and char char char!

Pork spare ribs, marinated in tomato sauce, honey, a splash of lemon juice and mango chutney. They get a beautiful caramelised crust. Just yum!
