All-Purpose Dry Rub recipe

Food-writer, broadcaster and founder of the Australian Barbecue Academy, Bob Hart, shares his handy All-Purpose Dry Rub recipe with us.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
