- 4 thick slices of haloumi (600g)
- 16-20 vine leaves
- 1 loaf of crusty sourdough bread
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 1 tab dried oregano
Wrap each slice in four or five vine leaves.
Put the packages over a gentle heat until the cheese has melted & absorbed the distinct tang of the vine leaves (about 10 minutes).
Serve with bread.
