Char Grilled Pork Cutlets recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1/4 cup char siu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • olive oil

Method:

Mix char siu and hoisin sauces. Rub mixture over both sides of cutlets. Cover with cling wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.

Heat BBQ over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Lightly brush grill with oil. Cook cutlets for 5 minutes each side or until just cooked through.

Place on plate. Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.

Serve with salad.
