- 8 mussels
- 1 whole tomato
- 2 whole chillies
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 glasses of white wine
- 1 whole lime/lemon
- 4 small silver foil containers
- silver foil
Place two mussels into each small foil container. Pour approximately one glass of white wine (enough to cover mussels half way up the bottom layer) into each container.
Place half a chili, one crushed clove of garlic, one quarter of a lime or lemon and two slices of tomatoes into each container.
Cover and seal the container with the silver foil. To do this, fold the foil over four times to ensure no steam can escape.
Place the foil containers onto your grill and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Serve in the foiled containers and accompany with boiled rice and crusty bread.Chilli Lime BBQ Mussels Recipe,
