Here’s a simple Lime Chilli Prawns recipe that will ensure your next BBQ is sizzlin’ HOT!

Ingredients:
- fresh prawns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 grated knob ginger
- 1 teaspoon chilli paste
- ¼ cup lime juice
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Stir well and marinate green prawns in sauce for 15-20 minutes (make sure it is kept in fridge while marinating).
When your Heat Beads® Briquettes have ashed over and the heat is just right, place the prawns on the BBQ, turning only once until chilli prawns are red in colour and firm.
Serve with salad and enjoy.
