Ingredients:
- 4 cups self raising sugar
- 1/3 cup cream
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon bi carb of soda
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1 1/3 cups of milk
- honey
- currants
- sultanas
Method:
In a bowl mix self raising flour, bi carb. cream and milk. Do not over stir.
Dust your board with flour and push out the dough so it is flat.
Pour 1 tbsp honey, currents, sultanas over dough evenly. Roll up. Then chop into small rolls.
Place in BBQ on an oven tray covered in baking paper. Allow to cook for 15 mins. Serve with large lashing of butter.
