Ingredients:

  • 25 tofu cubes

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste or sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar, grated
  • 2 tablespoons veggie stock
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • parsley or coriander to garnish

Method:

Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.

Add the tofu to the bowl and allow to marinate for about 30 min.

Soak your skewers in water so they won’t burn on the BBQ then thread the meat/tofu on them.

Cook on a hot barbie for one minute on each side or until they just turn pink.

Garnish with lots of Italian parsley or coriander.
