We’ve just come across a food trend that’s creating heaps of buzz in America at the moment – the watermelon steak.

That’s right – the juicy, crisp, refreshing fruit staple of hot summer days has been transformed into a savoury dish that’s roasted, salt-and-peppered and served with feta.

The idea has us feeling inspired! So if anyone feels like getting creative with their kettle BBQ over the weekend, we’d love you to test out roasting a watermelon steak over Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes.
